Space Pets Rescue
At Space Pets Rescue, our priority is the welfare and stability of every animal in our care. We operate as a foster‑home‑only rescue, avoiding kennels so each pet can prepare for adoption within a familiar, supportive home environment. As a non‑profit organisation, we rely entirely on personal fundraising and the generosity of our supporters. We are a no‑kill rescue, and euthanasia is only considered when veterinary professionals advise it is the most compassionate option.
All animals are neutered (age dependent), microchipped, and vaccinated before moving on to their new homes. We rehome across the entire UK, with foster bases in Kent and South East London, and we provide lifetime rescue backup for every adoption.
Although newly established in September 2025, our team brings extensive experience from years of fostering and rehoming with other rescues. Since launching, we’ve successfully placed animals into homes that match their needs and offer long‑term security.
We pride ourselves on clear communication, a straightforward adoption process, and a commitment to placing animals in homes that genuinely prioritise their wellbeing. We do not exclude adopters based on generic factors such as age or children; instead, we focus on suitability, lifestyle, and the ability to provide a safe, responsible environment.
How you can help?
Space Pets Rescue offers several meaningful ways for people to get involved and support the animals in our care. Our focus is always on creating practical, positive impact - providing safe foster placements, meeting each animal’s individual needs, and helping them move confidently into their forever homes. Every bit of support is genuinely appreciated and directly enables us to continue this work, from helping stray animals to assisting surrendered pets and placing them into suitable foster homes.
100% of all donations go straight to the animals. We accept a wide range of contributions, from unwanted pet supplies to financial donations made to our charity account. Every penny is used for essential costs such as veterinary care, ongoing and future vet bills, and necessary animal supplies that support the pets currently in our foster network.
Adopt a pet!
Adopting a pet not only gives an animal their forever home, it also frees up vital rescue space for another pet in need. Every successful adoption creates room for us to bring in the next stray, surrendered, or at‑risk animal, ensuring we can continue providing safe foster placements and essential care.
Become a foster carer!
Fostering for us provides a temporary, safe haven for pets while they prepare for their permanent families. It familiarises them with home life, prevents regression that can occur in kennels, and allows us to deliver tailored care, training, and treatment based on each animal’s individual needs. By offering a stable environment, foster homes play a crucial role in helping pets progress confidently toward adoption.
Support our cause
Your generous donations directly fund essential veterinary care, nutritious food, and safe shelter for the animals in our care. Every contribution - no matter the size - supports their wellbeing and allows us to continue providing the tailored support each pet needs while preparing for their forever home.
